Practice Excellence Live is a series of 9 interactive online seminars designed to help you tackle the business challenges you're facing right now.

Relevant to both sole practitioners and multi-partner accounting firms, our lineup of experts will give you the tools to transform your practice. This year's programme will take place over five days and focus on four of the biggest issues facing practitioners today: Tax; Making Tax Digital; Leadership; Digital Track and Marketing.

We’ve researched what small business clients think are the top two issues and we’ve done the same with the accounting profession. This session will explore each of those issues in detail, so you’ll know why they’re important, what the right ‘answer’ is, and what to do about it.

In this gameshow-style session, VAT expert Neil Warren will present the facts from critical VAT cases and ask the audience to vote via an online polling app as to whether the taxpayer won or lost. Neil, along with tax specialists Rebecca Cave and Emily Coltman, will then reveal the answer and offer expert analysis and tips for accountants.

This session is all about pulling your ideas together into a package that makes a lasting difference. Sage Accountants managing director Sean Evers will help one of this year’s entrants put together their own practice development plan in a living case study of change management.
